Acceptable Use Policy

You may build and sell products using ASO Skill data. These rules focus on unlawful use, security abuse, and harmful traffic—not legitimate commercial reuse.

1. Commercial products are allowed

You may use ASO Skill output in commercial applications, developer tools, automations, reports, datasets, dashboards, and other products or services, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law. This policy does not prohibit resale or redistribution merely because your product uses, incorporates, or provides ASO Skill output.

2. Illegal and harmful use

You may not use the Service to violate law or another person’s rights; facilitate fraud, deception, harassment, or unlawful surveillance; distribute malware; or create or support content or activity that is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction.

3. Security and access

You may not:

  • gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, credential, system, network, or data;
  • probe or test vulnerabilities without our prior written authorization;
  • bypass API-key checks, account restrictions, credit metering, rate limits, concurrency controls, or other safeguards;
  • publish, sell, or intentionally disclose an API key, or knowingly allow unauthorized people to use it;
  • misrepresent the origin of requests or use compromised credentials.

4. Service and upstream integrity

You may not send traffic intended or reasonably likely to overload, disrupt, degrade, or evade protections of ASO Skill, AWS, Apple, Polar, Sentry, Vercel, or another provider. This includes deliberately creating request floods, avoiding cooldowns through coordinated keys or accounts, or continuing a request pattern after we tell you it is materially harming the Service or an upstream provider.

Normal automation, concurrent use, caching by your product, and scaling a legitimate customer-facing service are permitted when they stay within documented limits.

5. Personal and sensitive data

ASO Skill is designed for app identifiers and App Store keyword research—not personal-data enrichment. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, health information, private communications, confidential business information, or other sensitive data as API input. Do not use the Service to profile identifiable people or make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about them.

6. Honest representation

Do not claim that estimates are official Apple measurements or guaranteed outcomes. Do not state or imply that your product is endorsed by Apple or by ASO Skill without authorization. If you materially transform, combine, or relabel output, you are responsible for describing it accurately to your customers.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, restrict, suspend, or revoke access where reasonably necessary. We will consider severity, intent, repetition, customer impact, and whether an immediate response is needed. Where appropriate, we will notify you and allow you to correct the issue. We may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with lawful requests.

8. Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse or credential compromise to viktor@asosuite.com. Include enough information for us to investigate, but do not send passwords, complete API secrets, or unrelated personal data.
