1. Credit purchases
ASO Skill provides prepaid API credits. Polar Software, Inc. is the merchant of record and seller for the payment transaction. Listed prices are in USD before tax; Polar calculates applicable sales tax or VAT and shows the final total before payment. Polar processes payment and makes receipts and invoices available through its customer portal.
2. Voluntary refunds
We will refund duplicate or erroneous charges after verification. We also accept a refund request for a completely unused credit purchase submitted within 14 days after purchase. Refunded credits are removed from the account and the refund is returned through the original payment method where possible.
For business customers, a credit pack that has been used in whole or in part is otherwise nonrefundable unless we agree differently or applicable law requires a refund.
3. Consumers’ statutory withdrawal right
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the service contract without giving a reason during the 14-day period beginning the day after the contract is entered into. Mandatory rights may vary depending on where you live and always take precedence over this policy.
You may request immediate access to purchased credits during the withdrawal period. If you do so and then withdraw after using credits, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already supplied where applicable law permits it. If the service has been fully performed after your prior express consent and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may end where the law provides.
To withdraw, use the online withdrawal function or send a clear statement to viktor@asosuite.com before the deadline. Include your name, ASO Skill account email, purchase or invoice reference, purchase date, and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

5. Failed API calls
A request rejected before processing, or one that ends in an ASO Skill or upstream error response, is not intended to consume a credit. If a credit was reserved first, the Service restores it automatically. Because the credit is restored, no monetary refund is normally needed for that call.
A successful response served from cache—including a response identified as stale—is a completed API call and uses the credit shown in the API documentation.
6. Promotional credits
Free, signup, test, goodwill, and other promotional credits have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, exchanged for money, transferred, or included when calculating a monetary refund.
7. Processing a refund
We may ask for information needed to locate the transaction, verify the account holder, and determine whether credits were used. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the refund. Statutory reimbursement deadlines continue to apply where relevant.
If refunding a purchase removes more credits than remain in the account, we may deduct the remaining refundable amount proportionately or decline a voluntary refund. This does not limit a consumer’s mandatory rights.
8. Service discontinuation
If we permanently discontinue the paid Service, we will provide reasonable notice where possible and offer an appropriate remedy for unused purchased credits, such as continued access during a wind-down period or a refund. This does not apply to promotional credits or to an individual suspension caused by a material breach, subject always to mandatory law.
9. Contact and complaints
Send billing, refund, and withdrawal questions to viktor@asosuite.com. Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to correct the issue. Consumers retain the right to seek help from a competent consumer authority or dispute-resolution body.
