Refunds and consumer withdrawals
Review the Refund and Withdrawal Policy. A signed-in customer may use the online withdrawal function to record the receipt time and receive an email confirmation. If you cannot access your account, email us with your account email and purchase or invoice reference.
Complaints
Describe what happened, the resolution you want, and any relevant request, invoice, or confirmation reference. We will review the matter and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Consumers may also have the right to refer an eligible unresolved dispute to Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
